Added device selection. This will have to be used in conjunction with the Windows 10 settings for everything to route properly. Run TTSApp.exe with the command line -d, or place a file called TTSApp.AlwaysSelectDevice.txt in the same directory as the executable.
Massively upgraded text input. Standard gestures including navigation by line and selection now work. Control+enter inserts a line break, shift+enter repeats text as before.
ECI loader now expects enuroot.dic and enumain.dic as filenames, to coincide with the IBMTTS dictionaries.
